The apartment is brilliantly located in the Vilamoura harbour area, giving access to local shops, restaurants and bars. It's a relaxed environment with friendly locals and tourists all around. The apartment is thoughtfully put together with two bedrooms, a living room, modern bathroom and a new kitchen stocked with everything you need for your stay. There is even a pool outside if you fancy a dip! As a professional triathlete I have used this for training camps and it makes a wonderful spot for all sorts of sporting trips (including golf). The pool is very close by along with a running track & gym just over the road. In addition to this the roads in the Algarve are brilliant for riding and are easily accessed from the apartment, it's also ground floor which is another bonus when travelling with sports equipment. The beach is a short walk away too which just makes it a brilliant place to stay and one you will really enjoy!

For over ten years, 4 of us golfing buddies have been renting the apartment as a perfect base for our Algarve golfing holidays. The apartment is a pleasant 30 minute drive to more than 6 golf courses.
The apartment is clean, tidy with WiFi, air conditioning and easily accessible being on the ground floor. The kitchen (mainly tea and toast for us) and bathroom have recently been modernised.
After golf and a refreshing shower a visit to the marina (5 minute walk), is a must for well earned refreshments and great restaurants.
We’ve been holidaying at the Edificio Tivoli Apartment in Vilamoura for the past 8 years, and it never disappoints. The location is superb—just a short walk to the marina, beach, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is always well maintained, with everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen and full TV package with Netflix. The communal pool is right outside the door, with plenty of sunbeds and sombreros, perfect for relaxing. It’s peaceful and quiet at night, which guarantees a good night’s sleep. Rachelle, the owner, is fantastic—always helpful and just a phone call away. The building has a friendly, local Portuguese atmosphere that really makes it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Really nice apartment.
This was our third stay at this apartment, and it has got better each time. The apartment is very well looked after, the pool is always spotless as is the grounds. It is a very comfortable apartment in a very good location, with shops and restaurants all very close by. We go to Vilamoura at least twice every year and we will always book this apartment rather than a hotel as long as it is available.

Lovely little apartment close to Vilamoura Marina
We stayed at the Edificio Tivoli in early October and the apartment was great. We weren’t sure what the weather would be like so late in the year, as we usually visit Portugal much earlier. It was still nice and hot. This was a ground floor apartment, so had very easy access to the pool area. It was also nice and quiet at night.
If you prefer the beach, then it is easily reached from the apartment by foot (a very nice beach it is too). The location was very close to Vilamoura Marina (a slow 10 minute stroll) and there were loads of restaurants and bars to choose from.
This includes a few bars just on your doorstep, which were always handy for breakfast / lunch etc. They are open late at night, however you don’t hear any noise from the apartment whatsoever. We would definitely recommend the Edificio Tivoli and would go back if visiting Vilamoura again
